1   If you are not happy, you can ask for a refund within 2 days of receipt.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Used candles cannot be returned.

You will need to pay for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item, undamaged, your refund will take 5 to 10 working days to show in your bank.

2   If you receive a damaged Item(s) please send photographs of the damaged Item within 2 days and a full refund will be issued or a replacement.  

Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photographic evidence within said timescale.
